DEVELOPMENT: Equinix plans $835 million Dallas data center. Equinix is preparing to build a nearly billion-dollar data center in western Dallas. State filings show the company plans a four-story, 372,517 SF facility, with $542M earmarked for core construction beginning February 2026 and completing in October 2027. A second filing lists another $293M for interior work on the first two floors, scheduled from September 2027 to March 2028.

DEVELOPMENT: Amazon plans $15B Indiana data centers. Amazon plans to invest $15 billion in Northern Indiana to build new data center campuses, adding 2.4 gigawatts of capacity and creating about 1,100 jobs.

DEVELOPMENT: Trammell Crow proposes $21 billion campus in Georgia. Trammell Crow has proposed a 12 million-square-foot, $21 billion data center campus on 1,600+ acres in Forsyth, Georgia. This marks Trammell Crow’s third major Georgia data center proposal, following plans for an 8M SF campus in Columbia County and 2.3M SF in Douglas County.

FUNDRAISING: Celero raises $140 million to solve AI data center bandwidth bottlenecks. Celero Communications has secured $140 million in total funding to tackle one of AI’s biggest infrastructure challenges: bandwidth limitations inside data centers. The company raised $100 million in its Series B, led by CapitalG, Alphabet’s independent growth fund, following $40 million in earlier seed and Series A rounds from Sutter Hill Ventures, Valor Equity Partners, Atreides Management, and Maverick Silicon. Founders Nariman Yousefi (CEO) and Oscar Agazzi previously held senior roles at Marvell, Inphi, Broadcom, and ClariPhy.
