DEVELOPMENT: CleanArc’s $3B data center. CleanArc Data Centers is investing $3 billion to build three hyperscale data centers in Caroline County, totaling 1.47M sq. ft. and 600MW, with plans for up to two more sites.

DEVELOPMENT: TRG launches 24MW Houston data center. TRG Datacenters has begun construction on its new 24MW, 110,000-square-foot Houston facility, HOU2, to meet growing demand from AI, cloud, hyperscale, and enterprise customers. The company, led by CEO Christopher Hinkle, with Matt Paulsen as VP of Finance, serves 165 enterprise and tech clients.

DEVELOPMENT: Meta behind $1B Howell, Michigan data center. Meta is reportedly the developer of a $1 billion data center project in Howell Township, Michigan, covering roughly 1,000 acres. Township Trustee Bob Wilson confirmed Meta’s involvement, revealing the company’s identity to the public. Majority landowner Ryan Van Gilder stated that Meta had only disclosed its identity to landowners and might formally reveal it if rezoning is approved.

DEVELOPMENT: Prologis chosen for 400MW San Jose data center. Prologis has been selected as the preferred developer for a 396MW, four-building data center campus on 159 acres of city-owned land in San Jose, California. The project will also include 785,000 sq ft of manufacturing space with 100MW capacity.
