NEWS ROUNDUP

MARKET: DigitalBridge evaluates selling Vantage Data stake. DigitalBridge is evaluating the possibility of selling a stake in its Asia Pacific business of Vantage Data Centers for up to $1 billion.

ENERGY: Hyundai to deliver nuclear power to Fermi America’s 11GW AI campus in Texas. Fermi America, has partnered with Fermi America, to deliver nuclear power to its 11GW HyperGrid AI mega campus in Texas. Toby Neugebauer, co-founder of Fermi America, and Hanwoo Lee, Hyundai CEO, expressed great enthusiasm.

DEVELOPMENT: Apple to increase AI CAPEX. Apple’s CAPEX hit $3.46 billion in Q3, and is expected to rise further because of planned investment in AI data infrastructure.

DISPOSITION: Meta to sell $2 billion of data center assets. Meta is looking to sell $2.04 billion of data center assets. The assets are mostly consisted of construction in progress and land. Meta expects to dispose of these assets within the next 12 months.
